This Privacy Policy explains how SixWizz Ltd. (“SixWizz,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit sixwizz.com, create an account, or use our email marketing and automation platform (the “Service”). We act as:

  • Controller for data about our website visitors, users, and prospects.
  • Processor for data our customers upload or generate about their subscribers/recipients. Our processing as processor is governed by the DPA: https://sixwizz.com/dpa.
1. Data We Collect (Controller)
  •  Account & Billing: name, email, password hashes, company, role, billing address, VAT ID, payment tokens (processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider).
  •  Product Usage: logs, device/browser data, IP address, timestamps, feature interactions, deliverability metrics.
  •  Support & Communications: tickets, chat transcripts, call notes, email communications.
  •  Website Data: cookies/IDs, pages viewed, referral URLs, campaign parameters, approximate location from IP, A/B test participation.
  •  Marketing Preferences: opt-ins/opt-outs, subscription categories.
2. Customer Data We Process (Processor)
Customers may upload or generate recipient data (e.g., email, name, attributes, consent metadata, events like opens/clicks, bounces, complaints). We process this only on customer instructions to provide the Service.
3. Purposes & Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
As Controller (Art. 6 GDPR):
  •  Provide and secure the Service (contract).
  •  Billing and account management (contract/legal obligation).
  •  Prevent abuse, spam, fraud, and ensure deliverability (legitimate interests).
  •  Product analytics and improvement (legitimate interests; opt-out available).
  •  Marketing communications with prospects/users (consent where required; otherwise legitimate interests).
  •  Legal compliance and enforcement (legal obligation/legitimate interests).
As Processor: we act on the customer’s documented instructions per the DPA.

  •  Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing) subject to safeguards.
6. International Transfers

  •  Product logs (controller): typically 90–365 days, depending on purpose.
  •  Customer data (processor): per your instructions; we delete or return it upon termination or at your request, subject to legal holds.
9. Your Rights (EEA/UK and similar regimes)
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise rights via privacy@sixwizz.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g., CPDP Bulgaria or your local authority).
10. Children
Our Service is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
